  • The Website is for informational purposes only and is intended to provide general information about our home care and home health services, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, respite care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, patient sitter care, hospice care, home health aides, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) tasks, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) tasks.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that harms or interferes with the rights of others.
  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

2. Services Disclaimer

  • The descriptions of our services on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contract or guarantee of services. All services are subject to a separate Client Services Contract and availability in your local service area.
  • We are not yet licensed by the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) and will update this information upon approval. Services will commence only after licensure and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • The Website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information on the Website is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
  • Our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” is subject to the terms in our Client Services Contract, including eligibility and limitations (e.g., notification within the first day for free replacement, no charge for that day).
